The heart is the door to our emotions. You are
important, your emotions and feelings are important.
Just beside you to make you feel that someone is there. Someone is here to listen to you, to hear you out, to understand you and to remind you who you really are! We all have our family and friends, but sometimes it can get too much for them, you would get biased opinions, or some would even start to give you advise. Professional therapy is tailored for you and only you. That time is all about you, for you to offload, reflect, explore, heal, understand and grow! This is your time and only yours!
I am an accredited psychotherapist/counsellor. I have been in this field since 2018. I started this journey as a trainee counsellor at Westminster Drug Project and worked with adults who were struggling with addictions. I then qualified and started to work independently since 2021.
I provide a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we explore your thoughts and emotions, discover coping strategies, and work towards clarity, personal growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy works for people who are ready to make changes. If you’re willing to explore your thoughts and emotions, it can help you understand yourself better, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful personal growth. Every journey is unique, and progress can take many forms.
Consistency matters in therapy. Some people attend weekly, others every two weeks, and some monthly. The right pace depends on your needs and goals. Together, we’ll find a schedule that supports steady, meaningful progress and fits comfortably with your life.
Standard counselling sessions last 50 minutes. A free 15–20 minute consultation is available to discuss your needs before starting therapy.
